The relation of the program to other programs (nationally and internationally)

The national scenario
The team will cooperate with the Supreme Council of Universities toward a national scheme of DLTD. In this sense, the proposed project will be a pilot project for other Egyptian Universities to follow. Helwan University will ask the supreme council of universities the full support that leads this project to fruitful conclusions.

The international scenario
Regarding the international scenario of the proposed project, the team will investigate and study well how Helwan University be a member of the international DLTD. The project will follow the international standard in order to ease the membership of the international family.

Conclusion
- This paper highlighted the pilot project undertaken now at Helwan University to develop and automate the libraries system all over the faculty members of the University.
- The university is one step ahead than other Universities regarding this approach and if succeeded, the idea should be disseminated to other partners.
- The development includes new digital dbase, new protection scheme for libraries holding, and substantial training to the staff.
- Benefits will spread mainly to libraries staff and to Helwan university including all elements of educations.
- Monitoring of the project time schedule should be observed carefully to achieve the deliverables targeted by the plan of the project.
